  • Database backups down to every hour — so you don't depend on yesterday's backup if something goes wrong
  • Updates tested in staging before they touch your live shop
A WooCommerce webshop monitored for checkout, support and updates

Running the webshop, so checkout works every day

A WooCommerce webshop is more than WordPress with an extra plugin. Checkout, payment, shipping, order data, emails, webhooks, scheduled actions and external integrations all have to work together — and one fault can cost revenue immediately.

With a WooCommerce service agreement you get ongoing maintenance, backup, security and operations monitoring, plus free email support. You can choose a level where I monitor and alert you, or a full operations agreement where I also handle covered outages, malware and critical webshop faults.

All prices are “from” prices per month and exclude VAT. The final price is set after a technical assessment of the webshop, because the number of payment methods, shipping solutions, plugins, integrations, orders and custom work has a big impact on operational risk.

What separates the packages is who acts when something fails. On Monitor you get a notification and a diagnosis. On Operations and Operations Pro I step in on the covered critical incidents — so a checkout fault does not turn into a whole day of lost orders.

WooCommerce maintenance is more than plugin updates

A WooCommerce service agreement is also a maintenance agreement for your webshop: ongoing WooCommerce maintenance, security, backup and support — plus monitoring of checkout and order flow. What others call a support agreement or an operations agreement covers the business-critical parts here: WooCommerce security, stable operation, frequent backups and a webshop that keeps selling.

Covered incident response applies within the agreement terms — not for your/third-party changes or an external provider's downtime.

12+ years of experience. A fixed technical contact, transparent coverage, and I always assess the solution before an agreement — not an anonymous support centre.

You can save up to 20%

The two discounts stack:

  • 10% when the webshop is also hosted with me
  • 10% when you pay one quarter at a time
  • Take both — and save 20% every month

Built by someone else? We start with a review

If another party built or maintained the webshop until now, I start with an onboarding review from DKK 2,340. It finds the critical faults — in checkout, payment, integrations and backup — that must be fixed before the agreement is activated. So I never start an operations agreement on top of hidden faults. If I built the shop myself, we skip it.

See packages & order I assess the solution first — asking commits you to nothing.

WooCommerce needs more monitoring than an ordinary website

Checkout flow from cart to payment and confirmation, plus shipping and delivery
I watch what makes an order — cart, checkout, payment and shipping.

A webshop can look completely normal on the front page and still be broken. So it is not enough to ask whether the domain returns status 200. Monitoring should also look at the processes that actually create an order.

  • Can product pages load?
  • Can items be added to the cart?
  • Can checkout open and complete technically?
  • Is the payment module available, and are errors recorded?
  • Do WooCommerce Scheduled Actions and cron run as expected?
  • Do webhooks or integrations fail repeatedly?
  • Are order emails and other critical messages configured and able to be sent?
  • Are there new vulnerabilities, suspicious file changes or administrative changes?
  • Is the backup fresh enough for a restore to be genuinely usable?

The specific checks are tailored to the webshop. A simple shop with one payment method and one shipping option should not be monitored the same way as a shop with ERP, inventory, multiple gateways, subscription billing and custom-built integrations. Payment and order-flow checks are run at a level that can be done safely on the specific shop; test orders are agreed when relevant.

How you get started

No long project phases — we go from your address to an agreement that fits the solution.

  1. You send the address of your website or webshop.
  2. I make a technical assessment of security, updates, backup and risk.
  3. We pick the right level — Monitor, Operations or Operations Pro.
  4. If the solution was built by others, I start with an onboarding review.
  5. I set up monitoring, backup and security.
  6. The agreement takes effect — and I keep watch from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Why does WooCommerce service cost more than ordinary WordPress operations?

Because there are more business-critical links. It is not enough that the front page works. Checkout, payment, order data, emails, scheduled actions, webhooks and integrations can each fail on their own, and the backup need is greater because data changes constantly. If you have an ordinary website without a webshop, a WordPress service agreement fits better.

Is free email support unlimited?

You can write with questions and get assessment and advice without buying a separate support block. Hands-on work in the shop uses included time or is agreed as extra work.

What if the payment gateway is down?

I can help determine whether the problem is in the webshop or with the payment provider, and I can help with logs and supplier dialogue. I cannot repair an external payment provider’s operation, and their downtime is not a covered fault in the WooCommerce solution itself.

What if another developer changes something?

It is perfectly fine to have other suppliers, but faults caused by their changes are not automatically included as incident response. I am happy to help, but the work can use included time or be billed separately.

Do you place real test orders?

When it makes sense and can be done safely. Some gateways and integrations have test environments; others require a controlled live test. The test method is agreed based on the webshop, so monitoring does not create false orders, stock movements or accounting entries.

Can included time be saved up?

No. Included time resets every month. It makes capacity planning predictable and keeps the fixed price realistic.

Can I get a shorter backup interval or a stricter SLA?

Yes. That is exactly a case for a custom agreement. If your order volume or financial risk requires more frequent backups, specific response times or more extensive monitoring, we build it into the specific agreement and price.
