Managed hosting means I run the server for you: setup, SSL certificates, daily backups, monitoring, and continuous server updates. You never have to log into a control panel or think about PHP versions.

I offer managed hosting and service agreements separately or combined. Hosting covers server operations, SSL, backups, and monitoring — the service agreement keeps the solution itself updated, tested, and safely running, with me as your direct contact instead of a support queue.
For solutions I have not built myself, we start with an onboarding report so we know the state of the solution before the agreement takes effect. Cancellation is current month plus one month — or six months with a 10% discount.
