A service agreement keeps your solution updated, secure, and running — without you having to keep an eye on anything. Every month I update WordPress, theme, and plugins, verify backups, and test that the most important functions still work.
Managed hosting means I run the server for you: setup, SSL certificates, daily backups, monitoring, and continuous server updates. You never have to log into a control panel or think about PHP versions.
A website is not finished at launch — that is when it starts working. Without updates, backups, and monitoring, even the best solution slowly becomes a risk.
I offer managed hosting and service agreements separately or combined. Hosting covers server operations, SSL, backups, and monitoring — the service agreement keeps the solution itself updated, tested, and safely running, with me as your direct contact instead of a support queue.
For solutions I have not built myself, we start with an onboarding report so we know the state of the solution before the agreement takes effect. Cancellation is current month plus one month — or six months with a 10% discount.
