How our collaboration starts

A transparent process from the first clarification to implementation and further development — with clear choices, expectations, and economics along the way.

  1. Understand the need

We clarify goals, users, workflows, and the challenge that actually needs solving.

  2. Choose the right solution

You get a concrete proposal with priorities, scope, a timeline, and a realistic financial overview.

  3. Carry out the solution

I advise, develop, or join your team — with ongoing sparring, testing, and visible progress.

  4. Follow up and improve

We ensure a good finish and agree on handover, operation, support, or further development as needed.

About Mickey Liechtenstein

I am a digital systems consultant focused on web, integrations, and automation. I combine technical depth with business understanding — delivering solutions that create clarity, efficiency, and measurable value.

Better an honest no than an expensive detour. If a standard solution is better and cheaper than custom development, I will say so.

Technically strong

Solid experience with modern technologies and complex integrations.

Pragmatic advice

Solutions that make sense in practice — not only on paper.

Focus on value

Stable systems, usability, and results over time.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

The short answer: a fixed price agreed up front. After a short meeting you receive an SOW (Statement of Work) with a concrete quote — so you know exactly what you get and what it costs before we start.

How quickly can you start?

I plan new work on a rolling basis and can usually reserve a start within 1–3 weeks, depending on the scope. Smaller tasks and urgent fixes can often be prioritised sooner. You normally get a reply the same working day, with a realistic assessment of time, price, and next steps.

Do I own my solution?

Yes, 100%. Code, content, data, and domain belong to you from day one. If you ever switch suppliers, you take everything with you — no lock-in.

Who will I be working with?

Directly with me. I am your fixed point of contact throughout, and I can either handle the task independently or join your existing team as a consultant — from clarification and advice to implementation and follow-up.
