A service agreement keeps your solution updated, secure, and running — without you having to keep an eye on anything. Every month I update WordPress, theme, and plugins, verify backups, and test that the most important functions still work.

For regular websites you pick between four WordPress levels. From WP Standard I monitor security and uptime, so problems are usually caught before you or your visitors notice. WP Premium and Enterprise add priority support with tighter response times and included work time, so small things get fixed continuously instead of piling up.

Managed hosting means I run the server for you: setup, SSL certificates, daily backups, monitoring, and continuous server updates. You never have to log into a control panel or think about PHP versions.

Pick the level that fits: Basic for the simple website, Operations for a bit more space and longer backup history, and Business for larger solutions. If you have special requirements — multiple environments, high traffic, or specific compliance needs — I build a custom setup by quote.

A website is not finished at launch — that is when it starts working. Without updates, backups, and monitoring, even the best solution slowly becomes a risk.

I offer managed hosting and service agreements separately or combined. Hosting covers server operations, SSL, backups, and monitoring — the service agreement keeps the solution itself updated, tested, and safely running, with me as your direct contact instead of a support queue.

For solutions I have not built myself, we start with an onboarding report so we know the state of the solution before the agreement takes effect. Cancellation is current month plus one month — or six months with a 10% discount.

From enquiry to finished product

A fixed process that gives you clarity and confidence from the first email.

  1. You contact me with a short description of the task.
  2. We hold a short online meeting to align needs and direction.
  3. I prepare an SOW (Statement of Work) with a concrete quote.
  4. We review it together and adjust if anything is missing.
  5. You accept the final quote.
  6. 20% of the quoted price is paid, and work begins per the SOW.
