Data controller

This website is run by Mickey Liechtenstein Rasmussen. If you have questions about how your personal data is handled, you can contact me at hej@mickeyr.dk.

What information do I collect?

I only collect the information you provide yourself, plus the technical data needed to run the website securely.

When you fill in the contact form, I process:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number (if you provide it)
  • the content of your message

In addition, my hosting provider may record ordinary technical data such as IP address and timestamp in server logs for operational and security purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

The information from the contact form is used solely to answer your enquiry and for any subsequent dialogue about a task. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and the preparation of a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).

Storage

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to document a possible collaboration. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted when they are no longer relevant. You can always ask to have your enquiry deleted.

Cookies and analytics

To understand how the website is used, I use Matomo — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that I host myself, so the data is not shared with third parties such as Google.

Anonymous, cookieless measurement runs for all visitors: it sets no cookies and does not identify you, so it does not require consent. If you accept in the cookie dialog, Matomo additionally uses cookies for more precise measurement, such as recognising repeat visits. If you decline, no cookies are set, and you can use the site exactly as normal. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

A single strictly necessary cookie (mlr_consent) remembers your choice so the dialog does not reappear on every visit.

Disclosure of information

I do not sell your information and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing. Data is processed by my hosting provider, which acts as a data processor and only processes data on my instructions and at a proper level of security.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have a number of rights:

  • the right of access to the data I process about you
  • the right to have inaccurate data corrected
  • the right to have data erased
  • the right to object to the processing
  • the right to have the processing restricted
  • the right to data portability

To exercise your rights, write to hej@mickeyr.dk. I will reply as quickly as possible and within one month at the latest.
